SF Site calls itself "The Home Page for Science Fiction and Fantasy". It does provide reviews of current work, interviews with writers and artists, plus links to current magazines with online fiction and articles.
Uchronia This site provides a good introduction to the latest in Alternate History . It is an annotated bibliography of novels, stories, essays and other material involving the "what ifs" of history. Such texts speculate on possible outcomes of historical events and social change. This type of literature ranges from Fantasy to a mixture of Hard, Soft, and Metaphysical Science Fiction. Also called alternate histories or uchronia.

Those groups which produced written accounts of their myths and legends earlier, generally appearing closer to the beginning.
